Cardboard Citizens changes the lives of homeless and displaced people through theatre and the performing arts, and they are hosting a concert at Jamboree for their wonderful cause

Our mission

• We present plays performed by homeless and displaced people, to share experiences and problem-solve together;
• We work in partnership to widen the reach of the company’s work and underpin its support for participants;
• We make theatre for general audiences so a wider public can share in the company’s learning and understanding of the issues faced by homeless people;
• We enable excluded people to develop skills and confidence through projects and workshops;
• We meet the practical needs of homeless and displaced people, supporting them in matters of housing, education, employment, health, career and personal development.

Ramshackle Union Band

With sumptuous vocals, bracing guitar, banjo, bass and drums, the outfit have become well known for their rousing live performances, and are now well on the way to cementing themselves as one of Britain’s leading purveyors of old time folk & blues.

Jingo 
Jingo is a dynamic and curious four-piece affair. They are, consequently, Jack Buckett, his U.S. wife, Katie, Joseph Reeves and latest addition, Sahil Batra. The four have been making music with other bands in Brooklyn, New York and London for a fair few years. Eager to get their new project on the go they have now decided to embark upon a shared venture and have a loyal and devout group of co-patriots in the UK and US.
