Mikey Kenneys Singing Workshop kicks off a new series of donation-based singing classes held on the first Tuesday of each month at Jamboree, each led by a different host. It takes place before our wonderful resident and guest Celtic Session players perform their weekly Tuesday night set.

Mikey is an exceptional fiddle player and singer from Lancashire. A well-known figure in the folk scene, he brings his deep-rooted passion for traditional music to this inaugural session. The workshop will provide a welcoming space for singers of all levels to explore folk songs, harmonies, and vocal techniques in an inclusive and inspiring environment.

With each month featuring a different artist, the series offers a unique opportunity to learn from a diverse range of experienced musicians while connecting with a vibrant musical community.
